We want you to be completely satisfied with your Social Distortion Official Store gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
